(C�20)3- C' <br />LEE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMPOSITION OF <br />THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION AND REVIEW <br />AND <br />MAKING APPOINTMENTS THERETO <br />WHEREAS, The Board of Commissioners appointed a special Board of Equalization and <br />Review pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 105 -322 and it is presently functioning; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of Equalization and Review shall be composed of five (5) regular <br />members and five (5) alternate members. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners as follows: <br />2016. <br />Section 1: Herman Morris is currently serving a term expiring February 2015. <br />Section 2: Cindy Ammons is reappointed to a three year term expiring February <br />Section 3: Allen Sloan is reappointed to a three year term expiring February 2016 <br />Section 4: Mike McDonald is moved from an alternate member to a regular member <br />and is appointed to a three year term expiring February 2016. <br />Section 5: Robert Garrett is moved from an alternate member to a regular member <br />and is appointed to a three year term expiring February 2016. <br />Section 6: The following persons are appointed as alternate members of the Board <br />of Equalization and Review for a three year term ending February 2016. <br />John Ramsperger <br />Al Rushatz <br />Herb Hincks <br />Frank Del Palazzo <br />Harry Stryffeler <br />Section 7: Except as herein amended the Resolution establishing the Lee County <br />Board of Equalization and Review adopted on February 1, 2005, remains <br />in full force and affect. <br />
