COUNTY OF LEE, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> TEMPLE PARK RENOVATIONS - PHASE II <br /> CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET ORDINANCE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Lee County Board of Commissioners that the following budget for the <br /> TEMPLE PARK RENOVATIONS - PHASE II is hereby approved and adopted: <br /> Section 1: The following amounts are hereby appropriated for the Temple Park Renovations <br /> — Phase 11 for the period October 17, 2022 to December 31, 2024, according to the following <br /> schedule and summary. <br /> Section 2: That for said project period there is hereby appropriated the following: <br /> REVENUE <br /> SOURCE AMOUNT <br /> Transfer from General Fund $ 310,000 <br /> TOTAL PROJECT REVENUES $ 310.000 <br /> EXPENSE <br /> SOURCE AMOUNT <br /> Architect/Engineering $ 20,000 <br /> General Construction 17,500 <br /> Furnishings/Equipment 257,000 <br /> Contingency 15,500 <br /> TOTAL PROJECT EXPENSES $ 310.000 <br /> Section 3.
