2012 - a <br />LEE CO UNTY <br />mo0ct ora� i•at� ©151 <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />AMENDED RESOLUTION <br />TO SET MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2012 <br />FOR THE <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee as follows: <br />SECTION 1: The Board of Commissioners shall hold a regular meeting on the <br />first and third Monday of each month. If the regular meeting day is <br />a holiday on which County offices are closed, the meeting shall be <br />held on the next business day or such succeeding day as may be <br />specified in the motion adjourning the immediate preceding regular <br />meeting. <br />SECTION 2: Regular meetings shall be held in the Commissioners' Room, First <br />Floor, Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, <br />• Sanford, North Carolina. <br />SECTION 3: The regular meeting on the first Monday of each month will begin at <br />3 p.m. The regular meeting on the third Monday of each month will <br />begin at 4 p.m. Joint public hearings with the Lee County Planning <br />Board will be held at 6 p.m. the third Monday of each month if so <br />required. <br />SECTION 4: The Clerk to the Board is directed to cause a copy of this <br />Resolution to be posted on the bulletin board in the lobby at the Lee <br />County Government Center and Lee County Courthouse and a <br />summary is to be published at least 7 (seven) days before the <br />meeting to which the resolution is to apply. <br />This amended Resolution is be effective with the May 21, 2012 meeting of the Board. <br />Adopted this 7` day of May 2012 <br />ATTEST: /J <br />•-Gaynell M.
