BRITT <br /> REGISTER OF DEEDS <br /> FILED Feb 15, 2021 <br /> AT 11:27:16 am <br /> BOOK 00003 <br /> START PAGE 0683 <br /> END PAGE 0683 <br /> INSTRUMENT # 01150 <br /> vcotiA; , EXCISE TAX (None) <br /> A- <br /> * - * <br /> 1E f CAV <br /> RESOLUTION TO ADD KENWOOD SUBDIVISION <br /> ROADS EAKER DRIVE AND STELLA WAY TO THE <br /> NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF <br /> TRANSPORTATION ROAD SYSTEM <br /> WHEREAS, the North Carolina Department of Transportation has submitted a recommendation <br /> to add Eaker Drive and Stella Way located in the Kenwood Subdivision to the State's Secondary <br /> Road System; and <br /> WHEREAS, these roads are located off of County Line Road (SR 1172) in Lee County, North <br /> Carolina; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Lee County Board of Commissioners has considered the above described request <br /> and is of the opinion that the two referenced roads should be added to the Secondary Road System <br /> if the roads meet minimum standards established by the North Carolina Department of <br /> Transportation. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Lee County Board of Commissioners that the <br /> Division of Highways is hereby requested to review the above referenced roads, and to take over <br /> the roads for maintenance if they meet established standards and criteria. <br /> Presented this 20th day of January, 2021. <br /> .__...„. / kp <br /> i C�-� ti •��` Kirk .
