LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> FIRE DISTRICT BUDGET ORDINANCE <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021 <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Lee County, North Carolina: <br /> SECTION 1. The following amounts are hereby appropriated to the Carolina Trace Fire <br /> Department for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2020 and ending on June 30, 2021: <br /> Carolina Trace Fire Department $ 450,270 <br /> Fire Marshal 50,242 <br /> TOTAL $ 500,512 <br /> SECTION 2. It is estimated that the following revenues will be available to the Carolina <br /> Trace Fire Department during the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2020 and ending on June 30, <br /> 2021: <br /> Carolina Trace District Taxes $ 498,012 <br /> Fund Balance Appropriated 2,500 <br /> TOTAL $ 500,512 <br /> SECTION 3. The following amounts are hereby appropriated to the Northview Fire <br /> Department for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2020 and ending on June 30, 2021: <br /> Northview Fire Department $ 632,532 <br /> Fire Marshal 100,484 <br /> TOTAL $ 733,016 <br /> SECTION 4. It is estimated that the following revenues will be available to the Northview <br /> Fire Department during the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2020 and ending on June 30, 2021: <br /> Northview District Taxes $ 703,016 <br /> Fund Balance Appropriated 30,000 <br /> TOTAL $ 733,016 <br /> SECTION 5. The following amounts are hereby appropriated to the Cape Fear Fire <br /> Department for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2020 and ending on June 30, 2021: <br /> Cape Fear Fire Department $ 430,884 <br /> Fire Marshal 43,782 <br /> TOTAL $ 474,666 <br />
