2006 - I v <br />LEE CO UNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION <br />HONORING <br />WILLIAM A. BRYANT <br />WHEREAS, William A. Bryant began employment twith Lee County ae. a member of the <br />Rescue Squad in August 1967, and <br />WHEREAS, in 1971 William A. Bryant advanced to the Lee County Shenff's Department <br />as a Deputy; and <br />WHEREAS, William A. Bryant was eiected as Sheriff in December 1966 and has held <br />that position until his retirement on December 4, 2006, with 39 years of service. <br />WHEREAS, William A. Bryant has demonstrated a deep commitment to his job and to <br />.he citizens of Lee County, and <br />• WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Lee C-)unty Board of Commissioners to recognize the <br />achievements of William A. Bryant and to express its appreciation for his dedicated <br />aervi;;, and significant contribution to Lee County. <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the Board of Commissioners for Lee County <br />tnat it congratulates William A.
