2006 - L <br />LEE C OUNTY <br />' - <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION <br />HONORING COMMISSIONER <br />HERBERT A. HINCKS <br />WHEREAS, Herbert A. Hincks was elected as a Lee County Commissioner from District <br />4 in November 1998 and was sworn into office on December 7, 1998, and <br />WHEREAS, Herbert A. Hincks was elected Chairman of the Lee County Board of <br />Commissioners on December 7, 1998, and served in that capacity for his entire eight- <br />/ear term of office, and <br />WHEREAS, Herbert A. Hincks has devoted his time, energy and talents to Lee County <br />and provided experience and sound judgment on its behalf with integrity, dignity and <br />thoughtful reflection; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners desires to recognize and honor <br />• Herbert A. Hincks for his eight years of loyal service to Lee County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lee County Board of Commissioners <br />that deep gratitude and sincere appreciation are expressed to Herbert A.
