RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING RESIGNATION <br />OF <br />DAVID M. SMITHERMAN AS COUNTY MANAGER <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the resignation of Mr. David M. Smitherman as <br />County Manager, as evidenced by his letter to Chairman Brown, dated January <br />24, 2007, is hereby accepted to take effect April 24, 2007; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board consents that his last active <br />working day be March 31, 2007, and the remaining contractual days be allowed <br />as vacation days; and <br />• BE IT FURTER RESOLVED that the Clerk to the Board is directed to give <br />Mr. Smitherman written notice on the adoption of this resolution. <br />Adopted this 29` day of January 2007. <br />Robert H.
