RESOLUTION FOR EXECUTION <br />OF DOCUMENTS <br />2005 - O�, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman or Vice - Chairman of the Lee County <br />Board of Commissioners acting as the officers of the governing body of the Lee County <br />Water and Sewer District No. I are hereby directed to execute and deliver and the Clerk <br />to the Board is authorized and directed to attest and affix the County water seal to any <br />and all documents necessary to convey to the City of Sanford all of the personal property, <br />real property, interests in real property, and assets which were the subject of the contract <br />between the County of Lee, Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1, and the City of <br />Sanford dated December 21, 2004. <br />Adopted this the 2I s ` day of February 2005. <br />s <br />Herbert A.
