r <br />2005 - <br />• NORTH CAROLINA STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPOR"T"ATION, <br />REQUEST FOR PAVING OF DRIVE <br />AT <br />TRAMWAY FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF LEE <br />DESCRIPTION: Tramway Fire Department <br />WHEREAS, the attached petition has been filed with the Board of County <br />Commissioners of the County of Lee, requesting that the above described drive be paved; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is of the opinion that the above <br />described drive should be paved, if the paving meets the minimum standards and criteria <br />established by the Division of Highways of the Department of Transportation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of the <br />County of Lee that the Division of Highways is hereby being requested to review the <br />above described drive, and to pave the drive into the bay areas of the Tramway Fire <br />Department. <br />Herbert A.
