2005 <br />F <br />1 <br />. il <br />011e ��ee TuuntU Noarb of Tommiooionero <br />iaroolution <br />l J <br />• <br />WHEREAS, The Veterans of Foreign War Stanley McLeod Post #5631 is a fraternal organization <br />of military veterans from the United States Armed Forces; and <br />WHEREAS, The Veterans of Foreign War Stanley McLeod Post 95631 is located in the City of <br />Sanford, County of Lee, North Carofina; and <br />WHEREAS, The Veterans of Foreign War Stanley McLeod Post 95631 brought recognition of <br />the fire services of Sanford and Lee County to the community following the death of Firefighter Billy Ray <br />Faircloth on March 14, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, The Veterans of Foreign War Stanley McLeod Post 95631 has faithfully recognized <br />the fire services of Sanford and Lee County for twenty -five years. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Lee County Board of Commissioners <br />recognizes The Veterans of Foreign War Stanley McLeod Post #5631 and applauds them for their <br />continued support of the Sanford and Lee County fire services and its continued support of our respective <br />communities. <br />Adopted this the 16" da of May 2005. <br />" � c <br />Jerry .
