2005 - / <br />RESOLUTION <br />TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT <br />WITH <br />ARAMARK <br />FOR JAIL FOOD SERVICES <br />AND <br />REDUCTION IN FORCE OF JAIL KITCHEN EMPLOYEES <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners, at their regular meeting on <br />June 6, 2005, approved an agreement with Aramark to supply food service for the Lee <br />County Jail; and <br />WHEREAS, the contract will begin on July 15, 2005, and be renewed on a yearly <br />basis; and <br />WHEREAS, the following regular full -time employees and positions will no <br />longer be funded as of July 15, 2005: <br />Darrell Cassidy, Food Service Supervisor <br />Roberto Martinez, Cook <br />Frances Clark, Cook <br />Myrtle Buie, Cook <br />WHEREAS, the following temporary /part-time employees and positions will no <br />be funded as of July 15, 2005: <br />Roderick McSwain, Cook <br />Pagiette Montgomery, Cook <br />Deborah Washington, Cook <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this resolution shall continue in <br />effect until revised or repealed. <br />This the 20th day of June 2005. <br />_ <br />Herbert A.
