LEE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />RESOLUTION <br />TO ADD LARK LANE <br />TO THE NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />ROAD SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the North Carolina Department of <br />Transportation asking that Lark Lane be added to the Secondary Road System; and <br />WHEREAS, Lark Lane is 0.4 miles in length and is located in the Quail Ridge <br />Subdivision off of US 1; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners is of the opinion that the above <br />described road should be added to the Secondary Road System, if the road meets minimum <br />standards criteria established by the Division of Highways of the Department of Transportation <br />for the addition of roads to the System; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Lee County Board of Commissioners <br />that the Division of Highways is hereby requested to take over Lark Lane for maintenance if it <br />meets established standards and criteria. <br />Adopted this 17th day of September, 2018. <br />Amy Dalrymple, Chair <br />Lee County Board of Commissioners <br />
