LEE COUNTY <br /> Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> TO ADD MOUNT JOY PLACE <br /> TO THE NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> ROAD SYSTEM <br /> WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the North Carolina Department of <br /> Transportation asking that Mount Joy Place be added to the Secondary Road System; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mount Joy Place is 0.09 miles in length and is located in the Mount Joy <br /> Place (Naugle) Subdivision off of Deep River Road; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Lee County Board of Commissioners is of the opinion that the above <br /> described road should be added to the Secondary Road System, if the road meets minimum <br /> standards criteria established by the Division of Highways of the Department of Transportation <br /> for the addition of roads to the System; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Lee County Board of Commissioners <br /> that the Division of Highways is hereby requested to take over Mount Joy Place for maintenance <br /> if it meets established standards and criteria. <br /> Adopted this 20th day of August, 2018. <br /> . ‘44.7(a414,47,72c-- <br /> Amy Dalrymple, Chair <br /> Lee County Board of Commissioners <br /> Attest: id <br /> IF <br /> %./411 4 , <br /> nnifer fir ble <br /> Clerk to a Board <br />
