The Lee County Board of Commissioners hereby authorizes the sale at public auction the
five vehicles as listed on Attachment A.
2. The Lee County Board of Commissioners authorizes the auction to be conducted through the
Division of NC State Surplus Property, which conducts public auctions through electronic
means.
3. The auction will be conducted beginning at a date and time determined by the NC State
Surplus Property Division and that date and time will be advertised on the County's website.
4. Notice of said auction will be advertised on the County's website before the auction takes
place.
5.
