BGOA 19 PAGE 62M, <br />MINUTES OF THE MEETING <br />OF THE <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />IN IT'S CAPACITY AS THE GOVERNING BODY <br />OF THE <br />LEE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT NO. I <br />JULY 21, 2003 <br />A meeting of the governing body of the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. <br />r 1 was held in the Commissioners' Room, Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest <br />v Drive, Sanford, North Carolina, on said date. Commissioners present were Herbert A. <br />Hincks, Jerry M. Lemmond, Bertha L. Matthews, Nathan E. Paschal, Robert T. Reives, <br />and Amy L. Stevens. Commissioner W. Chad Adams was absent. <br />Chairman Hincks presided and Clerk to the Board Gaynell M. Lee acted as <br />Secretary of the meeting. <br />Commissioner Paschal moved to approve the agenda as printed. Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Adams <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Paschal moved to approve the consent agenda as printed, which <br />consisted of the following items: <br />• Minutes from the June 16, 2003 meeting <br />• Minutes from the.lone 23, 2003 meeting <br />Upon a vole, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Adams <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />
