PacF 439 <br />MINUTES OF THE MEETING <br />OF THE <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />IN IT'S CAPACITY AS THE GOVERNING BODY <br />OF THE <br />LEE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />JUNE 23, 2003 <br />A meeting of the governing body of the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. <br />I was held in the Gordon Wicker Community Conference Room, Lee County <br />Government Center, 106 Hillerest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina, on said date. <br />Commissioners present were W. Chad Adams, Herbert A. I- Iincks, Jerry M. Lemmond, <br />Bertha L. Matthews, Nathan E. Paschal, Robert T. Reives, and Amy L. Stevens. <br />Chairman Hincks presided and Clerk to the Board Gaynell M. Lee acted as <br />Secretary of the meeting. <br />Commissioner Matthews moved to approve the agenda as printed. Upon a vote, <br />J the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, hlincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Adams moved to approve the Lee County Water and Sewer <br />District No. I Budget Ordinance for FY 2003 -2004, a copy of which is attached to these <br />minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Lee County Water and Sewer <br />District No. 1, Commissioner Stevens moved to adjourn the Water and Sewer District <br />No. 1 meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />• <br />
