BGO„ 19 PACE r 2- 4 18 <br />MINUTES OF THE MEETING <br />OF THE <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />IN IT'S CAPACITY AS THE GOVERNING BODY <br />OF THE <br />LEE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT NO. I <br />MARCH 17, 2003 <br />A meeting of the governing body of the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. <br />I was held in the Commissioners' Room, Lee County Government Center, 106 Ilillcrest <br />Drive, Sanford, North Carolina, on said (late. Commissioners present were W. Chad <br />Adams, Herbert A. Hincks, Jerry M. Lemmond, Bertha L. Matthews, Robert T. Reives, <br />and Amy L. Stevens. Commissioner Nathan E. Paschal was absent due to sickness. <br />Chairman Hincks presided and Clerk to the Board Gaynell M. Lee acted as <br />Secretary of the meeting. <br />Commissioner Adams moved to approve the agenda as printed. Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Paschal <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Matthews moved to approve the consent agenda as printed, which <br />consisted ofthe following item: <br />• Minutes of the February 3, 2003 meetin <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Paschal <br />The Chainnan ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The board considered a Development Agreement for a water line extension on <br />Pecan Lane. Public Works Director Kenny Cole told the board that a resident that resides <br />at 411 Pecan Lane would like to extend the water line to his property by a Development <br />
