<br /> action, of: the Board "at meeting on November 5, 1956,' at which time Con-. -
<br /> tractor L. D. -Bryan was allowed until the date ;of this meeting' in which
<br /> - --to,complete his contract. It appeared -that the -work on this contract
<br /> Was not 'completed; that Contractor :Bryan-'had stopped work and 'that
