M. with the following members of the Board <br /> present for dispatch of business: <br /> Commissioners Percy Measamer, J. M. Cheshire, Evander C. Winstead, <br /> Sion H. Kelly and Clyde J. Atkins. <br /> Chairman Percy Measamer presided and the following business was <br /> transacted: <br /> The minutes of the regular meeting of March 3, 1958 and the minutes <br /> of the Special called meeting of March 10, 1958 were read and approved. <br /> The Chairman then called to the attention of the Board the fact that this <br /> was.Easter Monday and that all of the County Offices were closed. Thereupon, <br /> on motion duly made and seconded it was unanimously resolved that the <br /> meeting adjourn until Tuesday, April8 , 1958, at 10:00.otclock A.
