<br /> Commissioners Sion H. Kelly; Clyde Atkins,. Ralph .Groce, Percy •

<br /> Chairman Sion H. Keily .presided and the following business

<br /> - The minutes of the 'regular monthly meeting of September 8,
<br /> • 1959, .and the minutes of :the special meeting :of September 17,
<br /> 1959, were read and approved. .
<br /> . . W., H. Campbell, Lee County .Ta2LCollector, appeared before•,the
<br /> Board and presented his account for the tax levy for the' year
<br /> 1958, . and, it appearing that. the County Auditor had examined and
<br /> checked- the tax settlement statement of the said W. H. Campbell,-
<br /> Tax Collector of Lee County, -for the year 1958 up to. and including
<br /> the 30th day of -September, •1959, and the same was found to be
<br /> correct- and in order, said •statement and accounting being- as . •
