Holder, ,Sheriff of Lee County, on the activities of his department was preaaenzed to the Board: The written report of the Clerk of Superior Court Was presented to the Board. Miss.,Mary, Estelle Doyle,- County ifome Extension Agent, appear- ed before the Board,and gave an oral,report on the progrataas.being presented by the various hoatte demenstration clubs,and a statistical report on her activities. Mr. Thomas M. klatelip, County Ease nsion.Chaalrtnaan. appeared before.the Board and gave a report on then activitieas•of Extension Department. Mr.,J. Chandler Rakes,, Register of Deeds. appeared before the Fondant! gave a report on documents filed mid fees callectetduring the Stith cif March. Mr. R. Paul Lucas. Tax Collector, sp,,.t' et before the Board and gave a Trepan on the collections during the &oath of-March. Mr. Raymond Ledford, Director of Public Welfarer, appeared before the Board and gave areport on the activities oaf the department. Measra. Ft. N.
