Chairman John E. !utterer, Cs.'zrnln 4uners. Mu McLeod, A. E. White, .r'runklin D. <br /> Wicker and Ch arieu R. Yew were present. None of the commissioners were absent. <br /> Chairman John h. Demerit y.ret iced and the following business wag trans- <br /> acted: <br /> The minutes of he sy:acteU meeting held on ;Friday, March 3, 1967 were a proved <br /> add ordered recorded. <br /> Mr. W. "W. Seymour, attorney for the Lee County Nonplus' appeared before the <br /> k& tre and presented a revised charter, leasehold agreement, tad on agreement about treat- <br /> meat of indigent patients. The documents were diseaseed at length. <br /> Cotsunfaeioner McLeod moved that the exult of the therm which provided for <br /> ten trustees irclusling one commissioner he approved. Comrelsninmer Wicker seconded the <br /> motion. conitnioaicmer White moved the adoption of a s.ubsti.Wse motion which would approve <br /> the draft of the charter which provided for nine trustees, none of whom would be a member of <br /> the Ibant of Commissioners. 'There watt no secoaul to the substitute motion and the Chairman <br /> ruled that the motion died for ieck of a second. The Chairmen then called for a vote on the <br /> original mutton. Upon s roll. call vote the commissioners voted as follow,: <br /> AYE: MtLa i , c4tlti't, Wicker, Yow add loiterer <br /> NAY: None <br /> The Board then discussed the proposed leasehold agrecramit. Mr. Seymour <br /> stated the Iiospitiai Trustees eatteuapiated a transfer of authority on October .t, 1''167, whoa the <br /> fiscal year ends. Commissioner Ytns moves baser me proposed teaset-ota agreement be <br /> approved.
