C:P' O l Co -_____ <br />L LEE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />RESOLUTION <br />TO ADD DOE RUN DRIVE (EXTENSION) <br />AND <br />BUCKROE DRIVE <br />TO THE NORTH CAROLINA DOT ROAD SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation <br />asking that Doe Run Drive (Extension) and Buckroe Drive be added to the North Carolina <br />State System; and <br />WHEREAS, these roads are located off SR 1484 within the Doe Run Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners has considered the above described <br />request and is of the opinion that the two referenced roads should be added to the Secondary <br />Road System if the roads meet minimum standards established by the Division of Highways. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Lee County Board of Commissioners that the <br />Division of Highways is hereby requested to review the above referenced roads, and to take <br />over the roads for maintenance if they meet established standards and criteria. <br />Adopted this the 1St day of February 2016. <br />Amy M.
