d 0/�- 31 <br />LEE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />RESOLUTION <br />TO SET MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2016 <br />FOR THE <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee as follows: <br />SECTION 1: The Board of Commissioners shall hold a regular meeting on the first <br />and third Monday of each month. If the regular meeting day is a holiday, <br />on which County offices are closed, the meeting shall be held on the <br />next business day or such succeeding day as may be specified in the <br />motion adjourning the immediate preceding regular meeting. <br />SECTION 2: Regular meetings shall be held in the Commissioners' Room, First <br />Floor, Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, <br />North Carolina. <br />(W SECTION 3: The regular meeting on the first Monday and third Monday of each month <br />will begin at 5 p.m. <br />SECTION 4: Public hearings with the Lee County Planning Board will be held the <br />third Monday of each month if required at 6 p.m. Other required public <br />hearings will be held at the discretion of the Board. <br />SECTION 5: The Clerk to the Board is directed to cause a copy of this Resolution to <br />be posted on the bulletin board in the lobby at the Lee County Government <br />Center and Lee County Courthouse and a summary is to published in <br />The Sanford Herald at least ten (10) days before the meeting to which the <br />Resolution is to apply. <br />Adopted this 7th day of December 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />ay el M.
