A 800!c <br />9 PAGE 33 <br />4.5. <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR <br />LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />Monday, December 19, 1977 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners for Lee <br />County, North Carolina, convened in the Commissioners Room on the second <br />floor of the County Office Building, 200 Wicker Street, Sanford, North Carolina, <br />on Monday, December 19, 1977, at 7 o'clock p, m. Those present when the <br />meeting opened were Commissioners William H. Cooper, Clyde J. Rhyne and <br />Gordon A. Wicker, Commissioners John E. Dotterer and Franklin D. Wicker <br />were absent when the meeting opened, <br />Chairman William H. Cooper presided and the following business <br />was transacted: <br />The minutes of the December 5, 1977 meeting were approved and <br />ordered recorded, upon motion of Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker, which motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Clyde J. Rhyne, and upon a vote, unanimously <br />adopted. <br />Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker reported on road matters, <br />Commissioner Clyde J. Rhyne reported on the possibility of paving <br />the roads in the parking lot at the San-Lee Recreational and Educational Park. <br />Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker and Commissioner John E. <br />Dotterer joined the meeting and participated in the further deliberations of the <br />Board. <br />A map showing the flood hazard boundaries in Lee County was <br />presented to the Board and it was directed that the map be turned over to the <br />Planning Department for its comments. <br />The Clerk reported that Mr. Orton J. Cameron had advised him <br />that the charter of the Lee County Hospital, Inc., had been amended to increase <br />the Board to 10 members and to reduce the minimum age requirements to 18 <br />years of age and that these amendments had been recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds in Charter Book 10, at page 449. <br />Commissioner Clyde J. Rhyne moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution with respect to the trust and agency account in the Department of Social <br />Services: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS, IN REGULAR MEETING ASSEMBLED, <br />THAT: <br />
