BOOK 9 Pkuc B~ <br />MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR <br />V1. <br />MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />Monday, March 27, 1978 <br />The adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners <br />for the County of Lee convened in the Commissioners Room on the second <br />floor of the County Office Building, 200 Wicker Street, Sanford, North <br />Carolina, at 7 o'clock p. m., on Monday, March 27, 1978, the same being <br />the place, time and date specified in the motion of adjournment. Those <br />present were Commissioners William H. Cooper, John E. Dotterer, <br />Franklin D. Wicker and Gordon A. Wicker. Commissioners Clyde J. <br />Rhyne was absent when the meeting opened, but later joined the meeting. <br />Chairman William H. Cooper presided and the following <br />business was transacted: <br />The meeting was opened by prayer given by Mr. Kenneth <br />R. Hoyle, the County Attorney. <br />
