W~ ann gj 944 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA Monday, April 7, 1986 The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 9:30 o'clock a.m., on Monday, April 7, 1986, in the Commissioners Room on the second floor of the County Office Building, 200 Wicker Street, Sanford, North Carolina. Those present were Commissioners Jerry M. Almond; Raymond C. Cox, Jr.; John R. Dossenbach, Jr. ; John E. Uotterer; and Bertha L. Matthews. Chairman John E. Dotterer declared a quorum present and the meeting open for the transaction of business. The invocation was given by Chairman John E. Dotterer. The draft of the minutes of the regular meeting held on Monday, March 24, 1986, was considered. Upon motion of Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews, seconded by Commissioner Jerry M. Almond, which motion was unanimously adopted upon a vote, it was resolved to approve the draft and to adopt it as the official minutes of said meeting and direct that they be recorded. The Board next heard budget presentations from the following named persons on behalf of the listed County agency or activity: Mrs. Kay Johnson Mrs. Wanda Thomas Mrs. Lucille York Mrs. Judy Dalrymple Mr. Mark Luellen Mr. S. Hartman, Jr. Board of Elections Register of Deeds Clerk of Superior Court Maintenance Department Forest Resources Tax Supervisor Data Processing Emergency Management Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. reviewed the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on April 3, 1986. Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. moved that the Budget Ordinance for the Walker-Wilson Industrial Park be amended to change the date of expiration from September 5, 1985 to December 31, 1987. Commissioner
