Hox 20 pecf 73' <br />LEE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better- Tomorrow <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 1: The Board of Commissioners shall hold a regular meeting on <br />the first and third Monday of each month. If the regular meeting day is a holiday on <br />which County offices are closed, the meeting shall be held on the next business day or <br />such succeeding day as may be specified in the motion adjourning the immediate <br />preceding regular meeting. <br />SECTION 2: Regular meetings shall be held in the Commissioners' <br />Room, First Floor, Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North <br />Carolina. <br />SECTION 3: The regular meeting on the first Monday of each month will <br />begin at 9:00 a.m. The regular meeting on the third Monday of each month will begin at <br />3:00 p.m. <br />SECTION 4: The Clerk is hereby directed to cause a copy of this <br />resolution to be posted on the courthouse bulletin board and at the Lee County <br />Government Center and a summary of it to be published at least ten (10) days before <br />the meeting to which the resolution is to apply. <br />Herbert A.
