0 BGOK 20 PIGE 70' <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Chairman Hincks moved that the meeting recess till 7:00 p.m. in Courtroom #4 <br />at the old Lee County Courthouse. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: <br />Adams, Brown, Hincks, Lemmond, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: <br />None <br />Absent: <br />Paschal <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Upon returning at 7:00 p.m. in Courtroom #4 at the old Lee County Courthouse, <br />Chairman Hincks called the meeting to order. Present for the meeting were <br />Commissioners W. Chad Adams, Robert H. Brown, Herbert A. Hincks, Jerry M. <br />Lemmond, and Amy L. Stevens. Commissioners Nathan E. Paschal and Robert T. <br />Reives were absent. <br />Chairman Hincks called the joint meeting to order with members of the Lee <br />County Planning Board, which had been advertised for this date and time. The <br />purpose of the meeting was to consider the following petitions: <br />Petition by Lee County to consider minor corrective edits/updates <br />to the recently adopted Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), <br />and <br />Petition by Lee County to consider rezoning multiple zoning <br />districts from the current Lee County Zoning Ordinance <br />to a corresponding zoning district as set forth in the new UDO <br />Chairman Hincks opened the advertised public hearing. <br />No one present spoke for or against either of the above petitions. <br />Chairman Hincks closed the public hearing. <br />With no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Hincks moved to <br />adjourn the meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Brown, Hincks, Lemmond, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Paschal and Reives <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the <br />meeting.adjourned in keeping with the motion. <br />Herbert A.
