To provide personnel for the initial placement of and subsequent maintenance of fish <br />feeders and fish attractors, which have been recommended and approved by the <br />Commission and the County. <br />To provide all fish for stocking on a cost share basis as stated in the management plan. <br />4. To provide 75 percent of the operational cost (e.g. fish, fish food, fishing tackle, fish <br />feeders, etc.) as stated in the management plan. The Commission will provide copies of <br />total expenditures (receipts/purchase orders) to the County government in determining <br />the County government's share of the operational cost of the program and will bill the <br />County for their fair share. <br />THE COUNTY AGREES: <br />To cooperate with the Commission in developing and conducting a fisheries management <br />program for San-Lee Park Ponds , located in Township, <br />Lee County , North Carolina. <br />To follow Commission recommendations on all phases of the attached fisheries <br />management plan. In the future, both signatories must agree upon any additional <br />management recommendations added to the plan. This includes any future cost sharing <br />programs. <br />To provide the labor as specified in the fisheries management plan. <br />4. To permit ingress, egress and regress to Commission personnel engaged in executing the <br />management plan. <br />To ensure that proper recognition is given to the Wildlife Resources Commission in all <br />brochures, advertisements, etc. concerning recreational fishing in the managed lake. <br />6. To permit fishing by the general public, without discrimination and consistent with the <br />Wildlife Resources Commission's regulations, the primary water-use function of the <br />pond, and the management plan. <br />To provide the Commission with an annual statement of fishing related receipts and <br />expenditures (upon request) and to ensure that fishing fee receipts equal or do not <br />exceed expenditures incurred by the County. <br />
