3 20 HIDE 571 <br />LEASE AGREEMENT <br />rl; <br />This is a lease agreement ("Lease") made and entered into theL day of r t; s , 2005 by and between <br />Brick Capital Community Development Corporation ("Landlord"), a North Carolina nonprofit <br />corporation, and Lee County, North Carolina ("Tenant"), a North Carolina municipal corporation. The <br />following terms are the basic terms of this Lease and shall have the following meanings throughout the <br />Lease: <br />Premises: Suite 250, consisting of 2,213 square feet, located within the Building, as shown <br />on the attached floor plan as Exhibit A. <br />Building: The former Wicker school building located at 806 S. Vance Street, Sanford, NC <br />27330 <br />Use: Clinical and/or office space <br />Term: 3 years <br />Commencement Date: The beginning of the Term, which is the date Landlord delivers possession of the <br />Premises to Tenant, and which is expected to be July 1, 2006. If the <br />Commencement Date is not the first day of a month, then the Term shall be the <br />period set forth above plus the partial month in which the Commencement Date <br />occurs (the "stub period"). The Commencement Date may be amended in <br />accordance with Section 2.a. <br />Expiration Date: The end of the Term, which is expected to be June 30, 2009.
