530(2 <br />P GE Kris <br />11. Insurance. <br />LCPHD will not purchase any insurance, including worker's compensation, for <br />Contractor. Contractor must obtain and maintain in force during the term of this <br />Agreement professional liability insurance of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence or <br />incident and $3,000,000 annul aggregate and automobile liability insurance with <br />coverage for owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles. <br />12. Job Training. <br />The Contractor agrees to attend meetings and workshops related to job functions as <br />made available by the LCPHD. <br />13. Non-Exclusivity Provision. <br />Contractor is permitted to provide his services to the public and to other companies <br />during the terms of this Agreement so long as Contractor is able to fulfill his obligations <br />to LCPF[D. <br />14. Right to Set Own Hours. <br />Contractor shall set own work hours and shall not have to work full time for <br />LCPHD to fulfill Contractor's obligations under the terms of this Contract. <br />15. Method of Performance. <br />Contractor shall have control over and shall be solely responsible for the manner in <br />which he fulfills his responsibilities under this Agreement, and shall be responsible to <br />LCPHD only to the extent that suitable means are utilized to attain scope of work for <br />LCPHD as stated in the grant application to the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust. <br />16. Employment Benefits. <br />Contractor understands that he will not be entitled to receive any employment <br />benefits from LCPHD, including but not limited to health, life or disability insurance, <br />retirement or pension plans, paid vacation or sick leave, unemployment compensation or <br />worker's compensation insurance. <br />17. Intellectual Property. <br />Contractor assigns LCPHD all copyright, trade secret rights and parent rights for <br />anything Contractor creates for LCPHD under the terms of this Agreement. <br />
