530(2 P GE Kris 11. Insurance. LCPHD will not purchase any insurance, including worker's compensation, for Contractor. Contractor must obtain and maintain in force during the term of this Agreement professional liability insurance of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence or incident and $3,000,000 annul aggregate and automobile liability insurance with coverage for owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles. 12. Job Training. The Contractor agrees to attend meetings and workshops related to job functions as made available by the LCPHD. 13. Non-Exclusivity Provision. Contractor is permitted to provide his services to the public and to other companies during the terms of this Agreement so long as Contractor is able to fulfill his obligations to LCPF[D. 14. Right to Set Own Hours. Contractor shall set own work hours and shall not have to work full time for LCPHD to fulfill Contractor's obligations under the terms of this Contract. 15. Method of Performance. Contractor shall have control over and shall be solely responsible for the manner in which he fulfills his responsibilities under this Agreement, and shall be responsible to LCPHD only to the extent that suitable means are utilized to attain scope of work for LCPHD as stated in the grant application to the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust. 16. Employment Benefits. Contractor understands that he will not be entitled to receive any employment benefits from LCPHD, including but not limited to health, life or disability insurance, retirement or pension plans, paid vacation or sick leave, unemployment compensation or worker's compensation insurance. 17. Intellectual Property. Contractor assigns LCPHD all copyright, trade secret rights and parent rights for anything Contractor creates for LCPHD under the terms of this Agreement.
