AMENDED RULES OF PROCEDURE r r~ <br />Rule 10. Informal Public Comment. Any citizen at any time may appear before <br />the Board of Commissioners to have an item placed on the agenda for consideration <br />by submitting the required forms to the County Manager's Office. A time limit of ten <br />(10) minutes will be allowed for citizens to speak. Requests to appear before the Board <br />must be received in the County Manager's Office by 5:00 p.m. on Friday's, six (6) <br />working days prior to the meeting. (Attachment A- Request Form) <br />Rule 10. A. General Public Comment. The Board of Commissioners shall provide <br />for public comments at each regular meting by allowing members of the public an <br />opportunity to offer comments and suggestions as outlined in Attachment B. <br />Rule 11. Order of Business. A regular meeting will be held on the first (1") and <br />third (3rd) Monday of each month, and the board will proceed with business in the <br />following order: <br />Call to Order <br />Invocation <br />1.
