u„ol rty pwlp ~,r8 <br />2. Cleaning the rest rooms and emptying of all trash <br />receptacles as set out in Exhibit B attached hereto and by <br />this reference made a part hereof. <br />3. Provide necessary equipment to maintain the fields. Such <br />equipment would typically include field marking material <br />and field marking machines. Will also provide cleaning <br />supplies for rest rooms and trash liners for trash cans. <br />4. Provide the Club with the names and telephone numbers of <br />two (2) persons who can be contacted by the Club when <br />needed for routine as well as emergency contact. <br />5. Conduct routine inspections of the facility. <br />6. To not knowingly allow any person to conduct any activity <br />which is illegal. <br />B. Club agrees to: <br />1. Provide full administration, organization and supervision of <br />the Club recreation opportunities on the property, including <br />but not limited to little league baseball, ages 5-12 year olds. <br />Club shall provide and facilitate free play on the Property <br />and provided that Club shall have the exclusive rights to <br />use ballfields Monday through Sunday, from March 1st <br />through October 31st of each year, at such times as needed <br />to practice and schedule games for league play. <br />2. Make the little league program available to the general <br />public, ensuring general access to the public without regard <br />to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, or social- <br />economic standing. <br />3. Provide the County with the names and telephone numbers <br />of two (2) persons who can be contacted by the County <br />when needed for routine as well as emergency contact. <br />4. Provide all necessary equipment for the provision of the <br />program. Such equipment would typically include bases <br />and pitching rubbers, and any other equipment not <br />considered a permanent structure affixed to the facility. <br />
