Lee Brick & Tile Company, and Challenge <br />Printing Company. Economic Development Director Bob Heuts discussed the proposed <br />incentives. <br />Mr. Heuts outlined for the Board an incentive of $25,929.00 for Magneti Marelli <br />that would be for the installation of new plastic molding and injection equipment. <br />Chairman Hincks opened the public hearing for Magneti Marelli. <br />No one present spoke in favor of or in opposition to the proposed economic <br />development incentive for Magneti Marelli. <br />Chairman Hincks closed the public hearing. <br />Mr. Hems told the Board that under the current incentive policy, Lee Brick & Tile <br />Company was eligible for $366,845 of incentive funds that would be used to build an <br />additional brick molding building that would add approximately 35 new employees. The <br />new building would be located off Hawkins Avenue. <br />Chairman Hincks opened the public hearing for Lee Brick & Tile Company. <br />No one present spoke in favor of or in opposition to the proposed economic <br />development incentive for Lee Brick & Tile Company. <br />Chairman Hincks closed the public hearing. <br />Mr. Heuts told the Board that Challenge Printing Company currently located in <br />Broadway was considering an expansion to a new and larger building, location not yet <br />
