Commissioner Lemmond moved to approve the consent agenda which consisted of the following items: • Minutes from the January 26, 2005, special Interlocal Committee meeting • Minutes of the January 26, 2005, regular meeting • Minutes of the February 7 & 8, 2005, Planning Board Retreat • Minutes of the February 14, 2005, special meeting with local legislative representatives John Sauls and Bob Atwater • Tax Releases and Refunds for January 2005 (copy attached) • Bulletproof Vest Partnership Program grant request from the Sheriff's Department • Budget amendment 902/21/05/413 (copy attached) • Enhancement Agreement for archeological survey for Endor Iron Works • Resolution designating depositories, establish accounts, and designating signatures for accounts for Lee County (copy attached) Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Adams, Brown, Hincks, Lemmond, Paschal. and Stevens Nay: None Absent: Reives The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered matters pertaining to the Community Development Office. A second required public hearing had been advertised for this date and time to hear comments concerning the FY 2005 Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation Program Application. Chairman Hincks opened the public hearing. No one present spoke in reference to the Program. Chairman Flincks closed the public hearing. Planner Karen Kennedy asked the Board to approve a funding application for the Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation Project and a priority ranking system for the project. Mrs. Kennedy also gave the Board an update on the application process and answered questions. Commissioner Stevens moved to approve the application for the Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation Project. Upon a vote, the results were as follows:
