I-Iincks, Lemmond, Paschal, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Reives <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Lemmond moved to approve the consent agenda which consisted <br />of the following items: <br />• Minutes from the January 26, 2005, special Interlocal Committee meeting <br />• Minutes of the January 26, 2005, regular meeting <br />• Minutes of the February 7 & 8, 2005, Planning Board Retreat <br />• Minutes of the February 14, 2005, special meeting with local legislative <br />representatives John Sauls and Bob Atwater <br />• Tax Releases and Refunds for January 2005 (copy attached) <br />• Bulletproof Vest Partnership Program grant request from the Sheriff's <br />Department <br />• Budget amendment 902/21/05/413 (copy attached) <br />• Enhancement Agreement for archeological survey for Endor Iron Works <br />• Resolution designating depositories, establish accounts, and designating <br />signatures for accounts for Lee County (copy attached) <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Brown, Hincks, Lemmond, Paschal. and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Reives <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered matters pertaining to the Community Development Office. <br />A second required public hearing had been advertised for this date and time to hear <br />comments concerning the FY 2005 Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation Program <br />Application. <br />Chairman Hincks opened the public hearing. <br />No one present spoke in reference to the Program. <br />Chairman Flincks closed the public hearing. <br />Planner Karen Kennedy asked the Board to approve a funding application for the <br />Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation Project and a priority ranking system for the <br />project. Mrs. Kennedy also gave the Board an update on the application process and <br />answered questions. Commissioner Stevens moved to approve the application for the <br />Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation Project. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />
