0 a <br />n n r1-1 <br />K-0\ U fABE ti~ <br />WHEREAS, according to North Carolina General Statute 47-30.2, the Board of <br />Commissioners shall designate persons experienced in mapping or land records <br />management as a Review Officer to review maps and plats required for review before the <br />map or plat is presented to the Register of Deeds for recording; and <br />WHEREAS, each person designated as Review Officer shall be certified as a <br />property mapper pursuant to G.S. 147-54.A; and <br />WHEREAS, a signed resolution designating a Review Officer shall be recorded <br />in the county registry and indexed on the grantor index in the name of the Review <br />Officer; and <br />WHEREAS, the Review Officer shall review each map or plat before it is <br />presented to the Register of Deed for recording and certify the map or plat if it complies <br />with all statutory requirements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE the Lee County Board of Commissioners designates the <br />following employees as Land Review Officers for the Lee County Tax Office: <br />Kep Kepley <br />William Cannady <br />Renee Scott <br />Lisa Faulkner <br />Lisa Black <br />Jim Paulk <br />Adopted this the 26`h day of January 2005. <br />i <br />r <br />Herbert A.
