0 0 <br />BOOK 21 PIGE k32;0 <br />EXTRACT FROM MINUTES OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE COUNTY OF LEE, NORTH CAROLINA <br />The Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, North Carolina, met in regular <br />session in the Commissioners' Room, First Floor, Lee County Governmental Center in Sanford, <br />North Carolina, the regular place of meeting, at 9 :00 a.m./R.RV on November 13, 2006, with <br />Herbert A , Chairman, presiding. Robert T. <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSOPRESENT:c,,yunty Managar navid M. 4m;therman, County Attorney <br />K R Hnyle, ~,r , and Clerk to the Board Cayn ll M Lee <br />The Chairman announced that this was the date, place and hour fixed by the Board of <br />Commissioners for a public hearing concerning a proposed plan of financing in an aggregate <br />principal amount of up to $31,400,000, which plan would involve the entry by the County into <br />an amendment to an existing installment financing contract (as so amended, the "Contract") with <br />the Lee County Development Corporation pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes Section <br />160A-20, as amended, with the proceeds thereof to be used to pay all or a portion of the costs of <br />(i) acquiring real property, constructing and equipping new public school facilities, <br />renovating/improving existing public school facilities and related improvements, (ii) <br />constructing, renovating, improving and equipping community college facilities and related <br />improvements to be located at Central Carolina Community College and (iii) acquiring real <br />property, constructing and equipping new public improvement facilities, renovating/improving <br />
