BOOK 21 'PAC-052 FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT Wicker School Manager LLC ("Landlord") and Lee County, North Carolina ("Tenant') enter into this first amendment ("Amendment') to a separate written lease agreement. This Amendment is effective as of July 1, 2006. Brick Capital Community Development Corporation ("Original Landlord") and Tenant entered into a lease agreement ("Original Lease") dated August 23, 2005, related to the premises at Suite 250, 806 S. Vance Street, Sanford, NC 27330. 2. Effective August 31, 2005, Original Landlord assigned all of its right, title and interest in the Original Lease to Landlord, and Landlord has consented to assume the rights and obligations of landlord under the Original Lease. 3. The Original Lease shall be modified as follows: a. Rent payments shall be made payable and delivered to Wicker School Manager LLC at the address set forth in section b. below. b. The address for Notices to Landlord pursuant to Section 22 of the Original Lease shall be modified to be: Wicker School Manager LLC c/o Brick Capital CDC 403 W. Makepeace St. Sanford, NC 27330 Attn: Executive Director 4. Terms that are capitalized but not defined in this Amendment shall have the same definition as in the Original Lease. Terms and conditions of the Original Lease not modified by this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect.
