Company Covenants <br />(a) The Company will perform the Services in a fair and efficient manner and in <br />compliance with all applicable laws and relevant regulations. <br />(b) The Company will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permits or <br />licenses required for the operation of its business in the County and the State of North <br />Carolina. <br />(c) The Company will not discriminate against any employee or applicant because of <br />race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age or ancestry. <br />7. Company Breach — In the event the County reasonably determines that the Company is <br />in breach of any of its obligations hereunder, the County may send written notice of <br />such breach to the Primary and Secondary Contacts for the Company. The Company will <br />have thirty (30) days within which to cure such breach or, if the breach will take longer <br />than thirty (30) days to cure, to implement reasonable measures to cure such breach. If <br />the breach is not cured within such period (or if reasonable measures to cure have not <br />been undertaken), the County may terminate this Agreement and retain all remedies <br />available at law or in equity. In the alternative, if the Company reasonably objects to <br />the claim of breach, the Company will respond in writing to the Primary and Secondary <br />Contacts for the County within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the notice of breach with <br />its justification for objection. The parties will work in good faith to resolve such dispute <br />within thirty (30) days thereafter. <br />Page 6 of 10 <br />
