BK 00025 PG - 0644 <br />d. County Convenience Sites — means the convenience centers owned by the <br />County for receipt of Acceptable Solid Waste and Recyclables from County <br />residents and further identified in Attachment A. <br />e. Government Locations and Schools — means buildings and properties owned <br />and /or operated by the County that generate Acceptable Solid Waste and <br />Recyclables and further identified in Attachment A. <br />f. Disposal Facility — means the current location of Fayetteville Transfer Station <br />and /or future Waste Industries' Sanford Transfer Station with final destination <br />being the Sampson County Disposal Landfill in Roseboro, North Carolina. In the <br />event said facility becomes unavailable for any reason, "Disposal Facility" will <br />mean an alternate disposal site or transfer station selected by the Company, <br />which facility is, to the Company's knowledge, in compliance with all Applicable <br />Laws. <br />g. Household Waste — means solid waste that is regularly generated or produced by <br />the occupants of a residential dwelling unit during the course of daily activities <br />or in the course of using the dwelling for a residential purpose, including, but not <br />limited to, food scraps, cardboard, bottles, drink cans, paper, wrappings, <br />clothing, furniture and books. Household Waste shall not include Unacceptable <br />Solid Waste. <br />h. Initial Term — has the meaning set forth in Section 2. <br />i. Recyclables — means those materials which are capable of being recycled and <br />which would otherwise be processed or disposed of as Household Waste. <br />Recyclables include, but are not necessarily limited to aluminum and bi -metal <br />beverage cans; clear, green and /or brown glass bottles and food jars; plastic <br />containers #1 - #7 (excluding motor oil, anti - freeze and pesticide containers); <br />corrugated cardboard and other paperboard (including shoe, soap and cereal <br />boxes); and other items deemed now or at a later date to be recyclable, based <br />on market and demand for such materials. <br />j. Renewal Term — has the meaning set forth in Section 2. <br />k. Services — has the meaning set forth in Section 4. <br />I. Term — has the meaning set forth in Section 2. <br />M.
