BOOK 9 *[517 Upon motion of Commissioner Clyde J. Rhyne, seconded by Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen, the Board went into Executive Session to consider a Personnel matter. Following the completion of the Executive Session, Commissioner Nielsen moved that the Executive Session be con- cluded and that the regular session be resumed. Commissioner Rhyne seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, it was resolved to submit the following names to the Forest Service as the recommended persons for the Forest Ranger job in Lee County Victor Glendon Johnson James C. Collins Elizabeth B. Simmons The statement of Clyde Burge for appraising the old Library building on Steele Street, was approved for payment, upon motion of Comm- issioner Clyde J. Rhyne, seconded by Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke, which motion was unanimously adopted upon a vote. The Board next considered the use of some of the County vehicles. It was resolved to assign the Library vehicle to the Tax Supervisor for use in his department and make use of the Maintenance Department van available to the Library and that any vehicles surplus to the County's need be reported in order that they might be sold. There being no further business to come before the session, it was adjourned.
