Rhyne, and unanimously adopted upon a vote, that henceforth all wrecked vehicles were to be taken to the County Maintenance De- partment, preferably by the County's wrecker, and that bids will be solicited for repair work. The request of the Manager of Duke's Drive-In, for information con- cerning refuge pick ups in his area, was referred to the Sanitation Department. The Board next considered the matter of the employment of an architect for the work to be done at the Lee County Jail, in order to comply with State regulations. Upon motion of Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen, seconded by Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke, it was unanimously resolved to go into Executive Session. Following the Executive Session, Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen moved that the Executive Session be closed . Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. Commissioner Clyde J. Rhyne moved that the Board employ Mr. Derrell Mullins, as Architect, to work with the Jail Committee to determine what work needs to be done in order to comply with State regulations. Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker seconded the motion and upon a vote, it was unanimously adopted.
