Rhyne moved that the Budget Funds be <br />amended in accordance with the request presented by the Finance Officer. Commissioner <br />Jack D. Funderburke seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, Commissioners <br />Funderburke, Nielsen, Rhyne, Wicker and Harmon voted for it and no one voted against <br />it. <br />The Chairman reported to the Commission that the United Cerebral <br />Palsy Group had requested the Board's assistance and participation in connection with <br />their booth at the Lee County Fair. <br />Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke brought up for consideration, the <br />County's policy on obtaining repairs of wrecked vehicles. It appeared that the County <br />had no established policy and that department heads and employees were securing such <br />repairs on their own. Upon motion of Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen, which motion was <br />
