The County of Lee and the City of Sanford will begin to exercise <br />the property rights acquired and hereby directs that the control of the rights acquired <br />be--relinquished uponthe adoption of this Final Condemnation_.Resolution. <br />8. All buildings, improvements, or fixtures located on the property <br />hereby acquired shall be removed within five days from the service of this Resolution <br />upon the owner(s); otherwise, the County of Lee and City of Sanford shall remove the <br />same and the County and City shall have a lien for the costs of removal and storage of <br />the property, as provided by General Statute 160A-260. <br />9. The owner(s) has thirty (30) days from and after the date of service <br />of this Final Condemnation Resolution to give notice of appeal to the General Court of <br />Justice, as provided in General Statute 16OA-255. <br />10. A certified copy of this Resolution shall be recorded in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Lee County. <br />11.
