<br />Mr. Buchanan then presented a budget resolution establishing a
<br />"capital Improvement and/or Matching Fund Account", for the Airport Commission
<br />ADAP Projects. After discussion, Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen moved the
<br />adoption of the following resolution:
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF
<br />COMMISSIONERS, in its regular session assembled, that it
<br />establish a "Capffal Improvement And/Or Matching Fund Account"
<br />for the Sanford-Lee County Airport Commission's ADAP Projects.
<br />Section I: That the following unused improvement
<br />and/or matching funds allocated from the N. C. Department
<br />of Transportation, Division of Aeronautics, City of Sanford,
<br />and Lee County, be moved to the Capital Improvement And/
<br />Or Matching Funds Account:

<br />Section III: That copies of this amendment be furnished
<br />to the Sanford-Lee County Airport Commission in response to
<br />their recommendation to transfer the remaining state and local
<br />funds in the amount of $67, 732 to Capital Improvement And/Or
<br />Matching Funds Account required for future ADAP grants.
