BOOK 20 P.AG[ 860 <br />ARTICLE III <br />CONTRACT SUM <br />County shall pay Contractor for the performance of this contract the sum of One Hundred <br />Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($175,000.00), payable as hereinafter provided <br />(Attachment B). The Contractor shall make monthly progress reports on or about the first <br />day of each month showing work done or progress made during the preceding month and <br />the County shall make progress payments as indicated on the aforementioned attached <br />amendment. <br />ARTICLE IV <br />ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS <br />A. Contractor shall name Timothy F. Cain as Project Manager and assure the County <br />that he will devote the requisite time to the project to meet or exceed the <br />expectations of the County to perform all work in strict accordance with this <br />contract. <br />B. Contractor shall make available, at the request of the County, additional personnel <br />to provide oversight and consultation during the appeals process (whether as part <br />of the informal, Board of Equalization and Review, or Property Tax Commission <br />aspects) for Tax Revaluation Project 2007. This additional service will assist at <br />the direction and to the needs of the County in the defense of County's real <br />property valuation for the project, and will be billed at a rate of Five Hundred <br />Dollars per day in the month following the services. <br />
