AWA <br />BOOK '0 PAGE 857 <br />STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF LEE <br />CONTRACT FOR REVALUATION SERVICES <br />THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into on this they--Q day of March, <br />2006, by and between THE COUNTY OF LEE, a body politic and corporate, Lee <br />County, North Carolina (hereinafter "County"), and ASSESSMENT SOLUTIONS, INC., <br />a North Carolina corporation, of 11 Concord Commons Parkway S.W., 4212, Concord, <br />North Carolina, 28027 (hereinafter called "Contractor") <br />WITNESSETI-I: <br />That Contractor and County, for the consideration hereinafter named, agree as follows on <br />March 20, 2006: <br />ARTICLE I <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Contractor shall manage and/or perform all of the work pursuant to producing and <br />publishing the Schedule of Values for Lee County Revaluation 2007. This endeavor is <br />categorized as follows: <br />A. Planning <br />1. Neighborhood definition. Contractor shall delineate and populate, as necessary, <br />the county into independent districts to facilitate land valuation utilizing <br />locational and "highest and best use" standards. <br />2. Formulation ofAssessn:eni Standards. Contractor shall define standards and <br />procedures to be utilized in categorizing improvements into discernable grades <br />
