Chairman <br />Hincks moved to approve the appointment of the above two individuals as requested <br />per North Carolina General Statute 105-349 with the following provisions: <br />• Ms. Richardson and Ms. Fitzpatrick will remain general employees of the <br />County subject to all provisions of the Lee County Personnel Policy <br />(employees at will); <br />• Deputy Tax Collectors' salary shall be determined by the compensation <br />and pay plan of Lee County, and <br />• Deputy Tax Collectors' bond will be set at $100,000 each <br />
